Because you are not actually selling real estate yourself, you will not need to attend sales training, pay Association fees, MLS fees, or E&O insurance premiums.
All you have to do is simply provide the contact information for your buyers and sellers to Major Referral Network Company’s Managing Broker. The referral will be tracked with our Transaction Management System until closing. You will receive 50% of the referral fee once the transaction closes. You could generate referral fees on residential sales, commercial sales and leasing.
